Your account
Keep your sign-in methods secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not access another person’s account or interfere with the service.
Prohibited adult and NSFW content
Adult and NSFW content is prohibited. You must not upload, request, generate, publish or distribute pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual services, nudity intended for sexual gratification, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Any sexual content involving minors, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions, is strictly prohibited. Do not bypass content restrictions or use the service for illegal, abusive, exploitative or infringing activity. We may refuse requests, remove prohibited content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Inputs and generated content
Only upload materials you have the right to use. Obtain permission before using another person’s image, voice or personal information. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it. AI outputs may contain errors, may resemble other outputs and may not qualify for intellectual property protection in every jurisdiction.
Pricing, payments and delivery
Review the price, currency, credits and billing period before confirming a purchase. Recurring subscriptions, where offered, renew according to the billing terms presented at checkout until cancelled. Credits are used to request generation and editing services; they are not money or an investment. Contact support if a payment succeeds but the purchased service or credits are not delivered. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Generation time and availability depend on the selected model, request and service capacity. We cannot guarantee a particular creative outcome.
